"Super quick refund, really happy with it"
I had to send back a pair that just didn’t fit me right, and I figured the refund would take a while like it usually does with online returns. But dcshoes.com processed it really quickly once they received the return, and the money was back on my card within a few days. I didn’t have to follow up or deal with any hassle, which made the whole thing a lot less stressful. Really satisfied with how smooth it was.

I ordered a pair of shoes from DC Shoes, and the checkout went smoothly. The pages loaded without any trouble, so I didn’t have to wait around, and my card went through the first time with no weird errors.

The only thing that slowed me down a little was the shipping options, because they weren’t super clear at first. I had to click around to figure them out, but once I did, I finished the order quickly. Overall, it was a good experience.

I did get a couple of codes to work, so that was nice. The discounts were decent, but the sale sizes felt limited to me. Maybe I just checked at the wrong time, though? Overall, it helped a bit, but I’m not sure I’d count on finding something every time.

"My go-to when I can’t find my size"
I ended up checking dcshoes.com for a pair I couldn’t find anywhere in stores, and they actually had the exact size and color I wanted. The site was easy to browse, and I liked that I could see what was in stock without having to click through a bunch of pages. Ordering was quick and everything went smoothly. i’d check here first next time if other places are sold out.

"Decent stuff, just wish there were more options"
I like DC Shoes and they do have some solid styles, like I said, the stuff they have isn’t bad at all. I just felt like the selection was a little limited when I was looking around. I wanted a few more color choices and sizes, but a lot of what I liked was either sold out or just not available. Like I said, it’s decent overall, I just wish there were more options to pick from.

"Service was fine, but the wait was annoying"
I had to reach out about my order, and they did sort it out in the end. The only thing that really bothered me was waiting in the queue for so long before I even got to talk to someone. Then I had to explain the issue twice, which was a bit frustrating. The person I spoke with was nice enough though, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. Just okay overall

I picked up a pair of DC shoes from the site, and overall I’m happy with them. The quality feels solid right away, clean stitching, sturdy sole, and definitely not cheap-looking 👍

They were a little stiff the first few times I wore them, but after a couple of days they loosened up and felt way better. The sizing was right on for me too, which is always a relief.

I’m giving them 4 stars because the material did scuff a bit sooner than I expected, but i still like them a lot. Good everyday shoes once they’re broken in 🙂

I ordered a pair of shoes and was pleasantly surprised that the shipping cost was fair. Checkout was straightforward too, with no random extra fees popping up at the end. Even if shipping wasn’t lightning fast or anything, the price felt reasonable, so I’m happy overall
